There are two ways to fix these challenges.
1) Diet- We need to start eating healthy. Eliminate processed foods (absolutely NO fast food). Limit your stimulant(s) intake. Eat 100% low glycemic until you your issues have subdued, then eat 80% low glycemic foods. Drink 8oz of water for every 20lbs of body weight. Drink 1 litre of water upon arising in the morning. This is basic stuff isn't it?
